September 12, 2007, Farmingville, NY - Brookhaven Town supervisor Brian Foley today unveiled the county's first state-of-the-art Constituent Response System (CRS) "451-TOWN." DJJ Technologies played an instrumental part in this solution with the installation of an IP Office Phone System. This IP Office with Compact Call Center emulates an E311 Call Center and streamlines all phone calls to a specific group. Harry Jacobs, President of DJJ Technologies was on hand for the unveiling of 451-TOWN and is thrilled to have been choosen to participate in such a historic event. The innovative new system uses a single phone number to provide citizen direct access to any and all town services and information, providing much swifter response to requests and much more effective departmental accountability.
